On a long adventure home from Europe, I had plenty of time to sit quietly, be thoughtful, meditative and reflective. I came across this article over at Goop and it really hit home one how we have the freedom to choose what we want to create.
The entire article is worth a ready and reminds that when there is no change, there is no change. Instead, let go of what has already been written and move your present forward. The past is the past; it's happened, it's gone. It's history. Your future is yet to happen. And what you choose now, how you choose to move your present forward will determine how your future will unfold. Here's to creating an incredible year and an irresistible 2016!
